How do I place an online order ?
Placing On-line Orders
When selecting your Fresh Flower delivery date, we suggest the delivery date to be a minimum of two days before your event. This 48 hr window will allow time for you to prep flowers and for flowers to bloom and look at their best at your event. In rare cases, the FedEx delivery maybe delayed due to severe weather.  Rule of thumb, when scheduling your delivery date, is better to receive one day early instead of one day late.  We allow orders to be placed on our site three months in advance of your selected delivery date.

We are great with last minute orders, please contact us by email or phone if you need flowers the for next day delivery to ensure the flowers are available.  Your requested FedEx delivery date must fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.  Due to the nature of the product, no delivery on Sundays or Mondays. Saturday delivery is available for a $15 per FedEx Saturday surcharge.   FedEx shipping to the United States, only.  For orders to the Caribbean, we are able to deliver your flower order to your logistic company or Airline of choice in Miami, Florida.
Preserved Rose items are shipped by FedEx ground service, only.  Allow up to five business days for delivery.

What payments do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, Paypal or Wire Transfer.

How do you ship?
Fresh Flowers are shipped FedEx Priority, delivery time is by 10:30 AM to a business addresses. Allow extra delivery time for residential and rural addresses. A tracking number will be emailed the day of shipping.  For Saturday events, we suggest a Thursday delivery. No deliveries are possible on Mondays or Sundays. Saturday delivery is available to most zip codes for an additional $15 per box.  Should you select a date that falls on a Saturday delivery, a Customer Representative with contact you for the additional shipping charge.  Note,  in rural areas or when requesting Saturday delivery: Please confirm FedEx offers services to your zip code by calling 1-800 GO FEDEX. *No delivery is available on major holidays or the day after, example July4Th and 5Th, December 25st and 26Th, January 1st and 2nd.
Note, Preserved Roses
are shipped by FedEx ground, allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

May I pick up my order at your Miami warehouse?

Yes, Store Up Pick Option is available during check out.   Local Pick Up days and hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What is your guarantee?
We guarantee beautiful fresh flowers. If you're not 100% satisfied, please notify us on the day of delivery for a claim number. We reserve the right to request all or some of the flowers be shipped back at our expense in order to process a refund or replacement. No refunds or replacement will be made with out timely notification and assigned claim number.  Flowers are perishable and should not be left outside your door. Please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery. No signature on the FedEx delivery bill will void any guarantee.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation & Refunds
Request to cancel order must be received 7 days before the delivery date for a full refund.  A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled within 7 days of delivery date.
